Dotwords has successfully completed the procedure for certification of compliance with the new UNI EN ISO 17100:2015 standard for its language services and with ISO 9001:2015, the benchmark standard for Quality Management Systems.

We are one of the first start-ups in the industry to achieve both of these important certifications: this means that, on one hand, we have enhanced our services offer with certified quality standards, on the other, we use monitoring tools to ensure the on-going evolution of those standards.

Created specifically for language-service providers, UNI EN ISO 17100 guarantees high-level products that undergo subsequent checks by qualified professional reviewers.

Meanwhile, the ISO 9001 standard is an assurance of optimized process flows and quality in production and post-production, flanked by a monitoring and development system geared to continuous improvement.
The ISO 9001 standard sees client relations as a core element and highlights management of materials and information (feedback, indications for fine-tuning…), qualification of translators, reviewers and project managers, and continuous professional training.

Certification recognizes our vocation for innovation and our ability not simply to keep pace with global standards, but to keep ahead of them: innovation, technology and transparency are the keywords that guide us, forming a code of ethics that puts openness and sharing at the heart of the services we provide for all the organizations we work with.
