What we actually offer
Self-service translation portals
Our self-service portals allow in-house teams to translate content independently, with direct access to glossaries, translation memories and company style guides. The client stays in control of their content and cuts delivery times for less complex materials, while our translators can focus on content that genuinely requires human expertise.
Secure machine translation environments
For clients who handle sensitive data, such as contracts, legal documents and confidential information, we provide isolated machine translation environments that don’t share content with public tools. It’s the same principle behind our sworn and certified translations: data is handled with the highest level of confidentiality at every stage of the process.
Custom development and connectors
When a client’s needs don’t fit a standard solution, we develop custom connectors and integrations between our systems and the client’s own platforms, such as CMSs, e-commerce platforms and document management systems. Our technical team works directly with the client’s IT team to design the most efficient integration.
MCP, connectors and generative AI
We develop MCP connectors and protocols to connect clients’ data sources and company knowledge to generative AI tools. Quality remains an open question when it comes to automated solutions in this area. That’s why we always pair technology with linguistic professional oversight, with a language professional checking and validating the result before delivery.
End-to-end solutions for video, audio and RAG
Beyond written text, we manage end-to-end technology projects for video and audio content, from transcription and subtitle generation to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems that allow users to query large multilingual document archives in natural language.
Customisable translation engines
The machine translation engines we use can be customised and fed with the client’s own language resources (glossaries, translation memories, style guides, etc.) to deliver increasingly consistent results aligned with the company’s specific language and terminology. This approach also extends to remote interpreting, another example of how technology can enable new ways of delivering language services.
