Dotwords is ISO 17100:2017 certified for language services, ISO 9001:2015 certified for its quality management system, and UNI/PdR 125:2022 certified for gender equality. Furthermore, in 2020, Dotwords successfully completed the certification process according to the ISO 18587 standard for the post-editing (PE) of machine translation (MT) output. We were among the first Language Service Providers in Europe to obtain this certification.
